Our Mission
Columbia Gymnastics offers recreational gymnastics programs, team programs, camps, birthday parties and other specialized classes to athletes of all ages in Howard County and the surrounding areas.
Columbia Gymnastics was founded in 1998 and the goal of the gym since that time has been to create a supportive and fun environment for all athletes.
Ownership of the gym transferred to Dave Curry in June 2021 who has been in the gym coaching the boys’ team programs and handling various duties since 2005. Dave’s love for the sport of gymnastics began at the age of 3 as an outlet to keep him from climbing trees in his parents’ backyard. He’s been involved in the sport of gymnastics since that time, and continues to support the original goals of the gym…to develop outstanding individuals who can excel in all aspects of their lives through the lessons and experiences provided by gymnastics.
