Avion Noel, Team Coach & Preschool Trainer

Avion, affectionately known as Avi, serves as a dedicated team coach and preschool staff trainer at Columbia Gymnastics. With two years of experience coaching recreational classes, Avi combines a strong background in early childhood education with a passion for working with children.

Avi’s coaching philosophy revolves around a child-centered approach, prioritizing the individual needs and interests of each gymnast. By fostering an inclusive environment, Avi ensures that every child feels valued and encouraged to participate, regardless of their skill level. Safety and empowerment are at the forefront of Avi’s coaching, creating a space where young athletes can express themselves, take risks, and learn from their mistakes without fear of judgment.
