- Take US-29 NORTH to the exit for MD 108 EAST.
- Follow MD 108 EAST to the second stop light and turn LEFT onto Red Branch Road.
- Follow Red Branch Road 1/2 mile and turn LEFT onto Rumsey Road.
- Follow Rumsey Road 1/4 mile and turn RIGHT into the driveway just past the sign for "9200 Rumsey Road" (our name is on the directory)
- Go to the REAR END entrance of the building and enter under the Green Canopy marked Columbia Gymnastics.
From NORTH of Columbia, MD

- Take I-95 SOUTH to MD 100 WEST, following MD 100 WEST to US 29 SOUTH
- or
- Take I-70 to US 29 SOUTH
- Once on US 29 SOUTH, take the exit for MD 108 EAST (approx. 3-4 miles south of I-70 / the first exit after getting on US 29 SOUTH from MD 100)
- Follow MD 108 EAST to the second stop light and turn LEFT onto Red Branch Road.
